LT Dennis Rears | United States Army

Dennis Rears (Deceased) had served in the US Army as an active duty officer for 4 years and 20 years in the Army Reserve before retiring. As a computer scientist and engineer, he spent over 30 years in design support of Picatinny Arsenal's internal and external Web architecture and system analysis. He also retired from the Armament Research and Development Engineering Center at the Picatinny Arsenal as an Army civilian.
