Petty Officer 1st Class Jody Lemmonds served in the United States Navy on active duty. PO1 Lemmonds served in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jody is a command fitness leader and a US Navy health and fitness coordinator for the state of Tennessee. He is also a CrossFit level 1 trainer.
